WHS fall sports reporting dates

WILTON -- The Wilton High School athletic department has announced dates and times for the opening of the 2008 fall sports season.

Football -- Monday, Aug. 18, conditioning, 4-6 p.m., at Veterans Stadium; Regular practices begin Saturday, Aug. 23, 8 a.m., at the stadium;

Volleyball -- Saturday, Aug. 23, 9-11 a.m., 1-3 p.m., at Zeoli Field House;

Boys Soccer -- Saturday, Aug. 23, 9-11 a.m., at stadium track; 1-3 p.m., TBA;

Girls Soccer -- Saturday, August 23, 8-11 a.m., at Allen's Meadow; 1-3 p.m., at Allen's Meadow;

Cross Country -- Saturday, Aug. 23, 6 p.m., on the track;

Field Hockey -- Saturday, Aug. 23, 8 a.m., at the track;

Girls Swimming -- TBA, at Wilton Y
