A snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches is expected overnight and should lead to a messy commute in the morning. The storm could bring up to 6 inches north of the Merritt.

It is not so laughable when you are shoveling back-to-back snowstorms off your walk and your driveway while your passing neighbors ask, "What happened to global warming?" as cheerily as if they were asking the winter equivalent of "Hot enough for ya?"The horrible snow storm on the East Coast has left many people stranded, unable to get to work, and some have been left
without power – they're calling it Snowmageddon. It depends on the areas, but some people may be able to start telecommuting, if they have a job that allows it. A lot of people already do a fair amount of telecommuting, and if you already have a computer, phone, and internet set up you won't need payday loans or anything to set it all up. That said, it's a viable strategy of getting work done if you can't get to the office – unless the phone lines are out due to snow.
